RESPONSABILIDADES.
1. Revisa los requisitos del programa de producción y trabaja con los jefes de equipo para desarrollar y ejecutar los planes para asignar montadores a varias líneas y áreas de montaje para lograr la finalización a tiempo de las órdenes de trabajo de montaje.
2. Utiliza el proceso de responsabilidad escalonada para escalar los problemas hacia arriba y resolver los problemas hacia abajo.
3. Se asegura de que los empleados de montaje reciben la formación adecuada para realizar con éxito el trabajo sin causar: lesiones a sí mismo o a otros, defectos en el producto o retrasos en la producción, antes de permitir que el montador trabaje de forma independiente.
4. Garantiza que todos los equipos de protección personal, herramientas, máquinas u otros activos físicos necesarios para realizar el trabajo de forma segura, sin defectos y sin retrasos en la producción estén disponibles, funcionen correctamente y responda a las formas en que estas necesidades puedan no estar satisfechas.
5. Trabaja activamente en el desarrollo de los empleados de montaje y los hace responsables de cumplir con las normas y expectativas de las políticas y procedimientos, en áreas que incluyen, pero no se limitan a; informar sobre problemas de seguridad, 5S y limpieza general, seguir los procedimientos de calidad, los procedimientos estándar de trabajo y montaje, y cumplir con las expectativas del código de conducta en las áreas de Valores Centrales y Competencias Centrales de Northern Tool + Equipment.
6. Reconoce y registra el comportamiento positivo que demuestra el cumplimiento o la superación de las expectativas, corrige y registra el comportamiento que no cumple con las expectativas, involucra a los empleados de montaje en comunicaciones regulares uno a uno que se documentan en los formatos y sistemas apropiados para mantener los registros de los empleados con respecto al rendimiento.
7. Utiliza métodos y herramientas de comunicación estandarizados para proporcionar comunicación diaria a sus empleados, Jefes de Equipo y Gerentes con respecto al desempeño del día anterior, desafíos o cambios para el día en curso y cualquier otra información de la empresa que sea necesario compartir.
8.Comprende los Indicadores Clave de Rendimiento (KPI) en sus áreas de responsabilidad, comprende las tendencias de rendimiento en relación con las expectativas de rendimiento.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en Plástico (Blow molding and plastic inyection).
- Diploma de enseñanza secundaria o equivalente.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência laboral relacionada.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência como supervisor.
- Capacidad para leer, analizar e interpretar publicaciones periódicas comerciales generales, revistas profesionales, procedimientos técnicos o normativas gubernamentales.
- Capacidad para redactar manuales de procedimientos o instrucciones claras.
- Capacidad para sumar, restar, multiplicar y dividir en todas las unidades de medida, utilizando números enteros, fracciones comunes y decimales.
- Capacidad para calcular tasas, cocientes y porcentajes y para dibujar e interpretar gráficos.
- Capacidad para definir problemas, recopilar datos, establecer hechos y extraer conclusiones válidas.
- Capacidad para interpretar una amplia variedad de instrucciones técnicas con diversas variables abstractas y concretas en forma matemática o de diagrama.
- Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente, tanto oralmente como por escrito, con una amplia variedad de clientes, personal de la empresa y otras personas.
