**About The Role**

As **Social & Influencers Manager LatAm** you will bring thought leadership and innovation of influencers and social platforms across categories and markets. Understand future digital trends and capabilities that can bring Colgate ahead of the curve Coach marketing teams about the best ways of working and measuring influencers and new platforms.

**What You Will Do**
- Build guidelines with frameworks that help teams develop best in class influencer campaigns with clear KPI's to assess performance
- Do a full assessment of emerging social platforms: media buying, audiences, and measurement to understand their potential use at Colgate. Build a roll-out annual plan to be implemented across Latam
- Conduct learning sessions to coach Latam marketing teams and agencies
- Oversee regional digital agencies and other suppliers providing guidance on digital. Take advantage of the joint business partnerships that we have to be leaders in digital
- Support marketing teams in Latin America subsidiaries in the implementation of influencer campaigns or new platforms
- Attend digital forums, understand other companies' processes to bring digital trends that can be implemented at Colgate
- Improve processes and ways of working of the current Social Engine (Agencies Service)

**What You Need (Required Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
- Between 4 to 8 years of experience with digital fundamentals: digital media, social media, influencer marketing, measurement & optimization
- Experience in the mass consumption industry is required
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources
- Strong project management skills
- Problem-solving, priority setting, coaching and other interpersonal skills
- Advanced English Level
