The Global Accounts Manager ensures the smooth development of visual and audiovisual marketing materials - from briefing designers and video artists, to establishing the right communication with Project Managers, Accounting and Procurement.

The Global Accounts Manager is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients at a senior level (Brand Directors and Brand Managers) across regions. As the senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, the Global Account Manager relies on the Talent Operations to coordinate the resources needed to deliver projects, builds strategic operational plans, and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. It is expected to develop a financially sound business portfolio, while playing a positive role in rn motion’s client acquisition program using networking for prospecting and referrals.

The Global Accounts Manager will lead and guide several multifunctional teams in charge of transforming the client briefing into a set of clear actionable steps and deliverables.
- Frequent international travel is required, as is key to presenting agency’s credentials and capabilities, and building a longstanding relationship with key clients.

**Typical activities.**
- Understand clients’ marketing, advertising strategies, brand books and visual guidelines.

- Promoting the expansion of business within existing clients.
- Completing projects within specific schedule and agreed budget.
- Engage with the multifunctional team and infuse enthusiasm in project kick-offs.
- Using their skills to push clients, and the studio, creatively and strategically.

- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- A background in advertising, design and / or marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and thinking

**Key Roles**
- Manage & develop high visibility accounts and/or clients.
- Supervise and guard pricing in every request for proposal / project quotation.
- Analyze, evaluate & prospect sales performance in a monthly and yearly basis.
- Request spec work generation, setting clear objectives for each material produced.
- Detect any invoicing risk involving the monthly goal amount, cancelation of projects, major objections or complaints from clients and revert the negative impact on the group’s performance.

**Responsibilities**

1. Brand & CLIENT knowledge
- Know by heart client’s category: its challenges and key players; and the brand's iconic assets and products line-up.
- Understand the background of the brand, investigate on new product launches by region, understand their challenges
- Know who the key contacts of every brand in each region: Brand manager, ABM's, R&D, Delivery.
- Leverage current client contacts and expand rn motion's client portfolio within their teams' assigned accounts, as well as via external networking.

2. Project management
- Receive and discuss the brief with the client.
- Understand & digest the brief, lay out a clear set of actions for the creative team to move forward.
- Supervise the process and make sure all deliverables meet:

- Great international quality
- Is aligned to the brief and to the client’s needs
- Is aligned to brand guidelines
- Is delivered on time
- Have an organized and objective management of rounds of changes either from internal stakeholders or from the client
- Avoid re-working and unnecessary revisions and approvals
- Make sure each project has assigned approvers and executors (PACE)

3. SALES
- Deliver strong results vs. year ago effectively leveraging clients' partnerships and networking.
- Ensure a continuous influx of new projects while keeping an eye on overall ticket price.
- Make sure projects are closed and invoiced in a timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring client renewal and year-over-year program growth
- Build trustworthy relationships with client contacts and get to know them both professionally and personally. More than suppliers, we are their creative partners.
