Descripción del empleo

AECOM Mexico busca un Analista de Control de Proyecto para apoyar un proyecto de gran escla.

La funciones principales son:

- Recopila la información para la integracion del programa del proyecto, la analiza e integra el programa general del proyecto que incluya las diferantes fases: Ingenieria, procura y construcción.
- Reconoce los procesos/acciones del proyecto que pueden conducir al impacto financiero del proyecto.
- Desarrolla y mantiene WBS del proyecto.
- Asiste en el uso de dibujos y especificaciones en el establecimiento de datos de referencia del proyecto.
- Comienza el análisis básico de variaciones de costo y cronograma.
- Desarrolla el conocimiento de los principios contables.
- Ayuda a recopilar datos para tendencias y pronósticos.
- Analiza el progreso/rendimiento y Participa en la recopilación de datos de progreso y revisión de tendencias de desempeño.
- Gestiona el valor ganado, el control del alcance y los conceptos, principios y metodologías de gestión del cambio.
- Recopila datos y produce un análisis inicial sobre los requisitos de mano de obra, horas de trabajo y costo de mano de obra frente a las limitaciones presupuestarias.
- Recopila y analiza datos para rastrear el costo real hasta las limitaciones del presupuesto.
- Brinda soporte para el seguimiento de órdenes de compra y compromisos y gastos de subcontratos.
- Establece el WBS y la línea de base de costos.
- Gestiona el desempeño y la integración de costos.
- Gestiona el desempeño y la integración de programas del proyecto
- Ejecuta el control de alcance y gestión de cambios.
- Implementa el proceso de presentación de informes del proyecto según sea necesario.
- Participa y coordina reuniones de revisión de costos del proyecto.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ing. Civil, Administración, o afín
- Indipensable manejo de Neodata, Valor Ganado, indices de rendimiento CPI, SPI, reportes a nível ejecutivo, precios unitarios. Primavera y MS project.
- Conocimientos generales en Seguridad industrial para obras en construcción
- Ingles indispensable a nível intermedio ( avanzado deseable)
- Experiência indispensable en control de proyectos Industriales con manejo de campo y construccuión mínima de +2 años (de preferencia 6).Conocimiento del mercado de la construcción.
