Diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y mantener aplicaciones y servicios en la nube, de acuerdo a las necesidades de las plantas de Cosma México y en apego a los estándares y políticas de Magna, dentro de los níveles de servicio acordados.
- Brindar soporte y consultoría a los equipos de IT de las divisiones de Cosma México en la implementación de sus iniciativas en la nube.
- Interactuar con los sistemas principales de Cosma Mexico y sus divisiones tales como SAP, Sistemas de Nominas, Sistemas de Control de Manufactura (MES), UNS, Sistemas In-house y On-Prem que sirven como fuentes de datos maestros.
- Diseñar los Indicadores de desempeño de las aplicaciones y servicios proporcionados por el área.
- Diseñar los dashboards en PowerBI.

Garantizar el ROI de los servicios Cloud AWS y Azure dimensionando adecuadamente las plataformas.

Diseñar, construir e implementar soluciones de software y servicios de plataforma en la nube AWS y Azure.

Elaborar planes de trabajo basados en estimaciones certeras y en apego a las prioridades marcadas.

Apoyar la definición de procesos de software y las iniciativas de mejora y el proceso de lanzamiento trabajando con el equipo de las Divisiones.

Registrar, documentar y resolver los defectos encontrados en las aplicaciones implementadas.

Definir estrategias de planificación de la capacidad del software y servicios.

Mantener la segregación de la infraestructura Cloud entre los ambientes de Desarrollo, Control de Calidad y Producción de las aplicaciones y servicios.

Implementar un control de cambios debidamente documentado de acuerdo a las mejores prácticas y a las políticas y lineamientos establecidos, asegurando la rastreabilidad durante el proceso de auditoría.

Utilizar solo herramientas y software autorizados por Cosma México y Magna.

Mantener un control de versiones (SCM) debidamente documentado mediante herramientas como Azure DevOps, GitHub, AWS CodeCommit.

Observar e implementar mejores prácticas de Ciberseguridad en las plataformas, aplicaciones y servicios Cloud.

Recopilar, armonizar y documentar debidamente las necesidades de las divisiones de Cosma México.

Capacitar a los usuarios y a las divisiones de Cosma México en las nuevas soluciones y servicios.

Supervisar y coordinar las tareas de los miembros Junior del área.

Capacitar a miembros Junior del área.

Establecer métricos de desempeño de las aplicaciones y servicios.

Asegurar la alta disponibilidad en las aplicaciones y servicios críticos.
