Provides advanced operational support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions.

Your day to day
- Provides advanced technical support to internal and external customers; installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains customers' desktop software and hardware.
- Maintains passwords, data integrity, and system security for the desktop environment.
- Provides advanced technical support and guidance through support, training, and publication of documentation; seeks hardware repair through outside vendors.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requierments
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a similar field.
- Minimum of 6 months of IT management experience with emphasis on infrastructure technology required.
- Experience troubleshooting Networking issues and knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, SCCM. MS Office proficiency required.
- Results-driven. Strong organization, project planning, and time management skills. Capable to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
