**Latam Consumer Insights Analyst** - Your future position?

As a **Latam Consumer Insights Analyst** for our **Taste & Wellbeing Division** you will analyse strategic Consumer Content, insights and support to Givaudan organization and projects by working closely with local, regional & global partners (Marketing, Sales, Sensory & Technicians).

In this role, you will:
**Work with regional Consumer Insights Manager**: Providing inputs to develop innovative research methods and protocols.

**Support pro-active and re-active projects across the countries**: with a world-class innovative perspective and meeting critical timelines.

**Promote the consumer culture and usage of research tools internally**: contributing to training on research methodologies, content development and insights definition. (analyse and synthesizing data sets and social listening analysis, drawing conclusions and communicating implications to key internal/external clients to guide flavour, product, technology development).

**Support research protocols, tools & methods**: managing quantitative, qualitative and social research to support global business, regional/local initiatives, internal Commercial and FC&A teams.

**Build and participate in presentations among internal/external customers and public in general**: to communicate and share insights & content for potential business opportunities.

**Your professional profile includes**:
Consumer insights experience, preferably within food, ingredients, or flavour industries

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in trends crafting and definition

Knowledge of business practices, marketing principles, and retail environment/practices

Experience in Social Listening: qualitative and quantitative

Knowledge of Social Media principles

Storytelling muscle is desirable

Experience with the strategic learning plan and priorities for a brand or product category and managing a research budget accordingly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellence in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

English is mandatory

Portuguese is a plus
