Dematic/KION has an open opportunity for a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Lead within our Global U.S. based Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will support IT recruiting for Dematic/KION in Mexico. We are looking for a strong and energetic talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business. This individual will have the ability to execute with little direction, problem solve to achieve goals, provide customer support and work with cross-functional teams.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**This Is What You Will Do in This Role**
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment process for business-critical project
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to: analyze data, set benchmarks, sourcing ROI, competitor analysis, market trends, recruitment guidance, etc.
- Create and implement active and passive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Conduct regular update meetings with leadership to provide project data, analytics, and actionable insights

**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
- Minimum 8 years’ recruiting in a technical organization or space to include:

- Experience successfully leading business critical or large projects
- ATS experience; Workday is strongly preferred
- External network of recruitment experts and resources
- Experience in a high-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
