**Objetivo del Puesto**:

- ** Supervisar una unidad compleja/ extensa de Calidad.**:

- ** Responsables de las operaciones del día a día relacionadas a la calidad del producto para el seguramiento del cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente y su promoción a todos los níveles de la organización.**:

- ** Administración técnica y organizativa del departamento de Calidad operaciones.**:

- **Liberaciones de productos y proceso.**

**Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de Cliente, normas y procedimientos aplicables a DRX**

**Actividades principales**:

- ** Cooperar en la identificación y desarrollo de sugerencias para mejorar e implementar acciones preventivas, correctivas, sistemáticas.**:

- ** Dar soporte a otras unidades en tareas / actividades a gran escala.**:

- **Líder (técnico y disciplinario) de una unidad extensa / compleja con diferentes funciones, varias y diferentes tareas respecto a la tecnología/control de la producción y/o de la organización.**:

- ** Dirección, asignación y planeación del personal, tomando a consideración las metas de la compañía.**:

- ** Llevar a cabo la instrucción, fomentar, motivar y evaluar a los asociados; tomar acciones disciplinarias según el caso.**:

- ** Asegurar el cumplimiento de entrega y calidad por medio del uso eficiente de maquinaria, material y equipo, de acuerdo con los criterios de producción y plan de la producción.**:

- ** Asegurar las pruebas de calidad de las partes, basados en planes de prueba, dibujos técnicos e instrucciones de trabajo, comparar objetivos contra resultados cuando sea necesario.**:

- ** Establecer prioridades dentro de tiempos específicos y metas definidas.**:

- ** Llevar a cabo la planeación de las áreas de Calidad operativas.**:

- ** Acomodar y optimizar procesos y equipos de trabajo en caso de interrupciones y cuellos de botella.**

**Monitorear costos / asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto predeterminado / cantidad de personal; implementar acciones correctivas como sea necesario en conjunto con el gerente.**

**Requisitos del puesto**:
**Conocimiento especializado**:

- ** Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico, Ingeniero eléctrico, o afin con especialidad en sistemas de calidad / productividad.**:

- **Inglés Avanz**ado**
