**Business Analisys**

**Propósito del Puesto**
- El objetivo del rol es proponer, gestionar e implementar diversas estrategias comerciales y financieras que contribuyan a la generación de Ingreso para el canal de Cajeros Automáticos (ATMs) de HSBC México._

**Principales Responsabilidades** (por ejemplo
_, para el Negocio, Clientes y Accionistas, entorno del control interno, etc.)_
- Proponer las estrategias comerciales y financieras para poder cumplir con las metas de ingreso y txns establecidas por la Dirección de Canales.
- Coordinar iniciativas tácticas y estratégicas, así como grupos de trabajo con el área de MI para definir ingresos adicionales al Surcharge, DCC consulta saldo, venta tiempo aire,
- Administración, control y seguimiento al presupuesto de arrendamiento, para no rebasar los níveles de gasto anuales comprometidos.
- Liderear nuevas iniciativas para crecimiento de puntos de Servicio (Recicladores + Multi Alianza ATMs).
- Participar en las comités, reuniones y sesiones de trabajo necesarias que permitan establecer los acuerdos necesarios para la correcta planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de las nuevas iniciativas de ingreso.
- Administrar los riesgos internos y externos para la eficiencia de los procesos._
Requirements

**Buen manejo de Ingles**

**Liderazgo y Trabajo en Equipo**
- Coordinación de grupos de trabajo con áreas de WPB Divisionales, MKT, CRE & otros.
- Participación en comités y reuniones con distintas áreas del banco.
- Participación en sesiones de trabajo con proveedores y clientes.

**Conocimiento de la Función**
- Servicios y operaciones bancarias
- Funcionamiento de ATMs.
- Deseable experiência en canales de atencion a clientes y/o ATM.
