**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO**

Administrar los proyectos bajo su alcance garantizando su correcta ejecución para el desarrollo de Nuevos Productos (NP), Reformulaciones (RF) y Evaluación de Fabricantes Alternos (EFA).

Aplicar los métodos de restricciones y de los principios de Calidad por Diseño (QbD Quality by Design) para los proyectos de desarrollo Nuevos Productos (NP), Reformulaciones (RF) y Evaluación de Fabricantes Alternos (EFA) conforme a los objetivos de la dirección Elaborar con las áreas involucradas el plan de trabajo de acuerdo con el presupuesto autorizado y tiempo de entrega.

Coordinar la ejecución de los proyectos bajo su alcance de acuerdo con su plan de trabajo, presupuesto autorizado y tiempo de entrega cumpliendo con los atributos de calidad críticos de los productos

Cumplir con los indicadores de desempeño que permitan evaluar los avances del proyecto en tiempo y costo.

Elaborar el reporte de seguimiento para conocer el estatus de los proyectos a su cargo, analizar los resultados para definir acciones de contención o mitigación de riesgos.

Facilitar las herramientas y recursos necesarios para la ejecución de las actividades en las células a cargo (equipo multidisciplinario que forma parte de un proyecto).

Aplicar el método de comunicación de los objetivos, prioridades y riesgos en tiempo de cumplimiento en las células a cargo.

**NIVEL EDUCATIVO**

Licenciatura: Áreas Químico-Farmacéuticas, Químico-Biológicas, Ingenierías o carreras afines. Deseable: Maestría o especialidad en Administración de Proyectos
