- Asistir al área de vehículos usados con solicitudes de documentación, incluyendo la obtención y organización de la documentación necesaria para los vehículos usados y asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales. 3
- Evaluar y autorizar el acceso al sistema FoM Company Cars para los empleados de Ford de México en base a análisis mensuales. 4
- Mantener un registro de solicitudes de acceso aprobadas y rechazadas para cada mes. 5
- Realizar auditorías mensuales de acceso al sistema de autos de la compañía FoM para los empleados de Ford de México, basadas en análisis mensuales. 6
- Gestionar un archivo de Excel para cada localidad donde se auditen los accesos y que incluya los detalles del empleado, la ubicación, y comentarios. 7
- Notificar a los usuarios sobre su acceso aprobado a su ubicación, permitiéndoles acceder al Micrositio de Vehículos antes de cada sorteo. 8
- Revisar diariamente las solicitudes de Cartas Origen, incluyendo el registro y coordinación de la solicitud/entrega y seguimiento con el solicitante según sea necesario. 9
- Crear y mantener un archivo de control de Excel mensual para el área Legal, que incluye el nombre de la persona facturada, número de factura, número de serie del vehículo y fecha de seguimiento del documento. 1

0. Gestionar el proceso de solicitud de Cartas de Origen para los vehículos facturados diariamente y coordinar su entrega con el coordinador de vehículos seminuevos. 1

1. Proporcionar al área Legal un archivo de control de Excel mensual que incluya el nombre de la persona facturada, número de factura, número de serie del vehículo, CDSID del empleado y fecha de solicitud de documentos. 1
