**Job Description**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the management team to identify target markets, develop marketing campaigns, and execute strategies that align with our business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact through innovative marketing tactics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Identify target demographics and market segments to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Manage social media accounts and actively engage with followers to build community and foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to increase brand exposure and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and knowledge of content management systems is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,370.00 - $6,739.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week
