RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive high-volume work in one or more post-production processes including but not limited to: image retouch, video editing, and design. Ultimately owns the technical quality of the final output.
- Primary point of contact for IT and technology engineering teams to develop and maintain relationships and support needs
- Create, implement and manage the lifecycle management method for photography and video equipment.
- Perform various video production tasks, including but not limited to: establishing video asset management best practices, creating standards for quality optimization, instituting post-production workflows, editing final video/sound output, performing quality checks, building templates, etc.
- Catalog, name, crop, color manage, and provide retouching for a high volume of image/video assets under tight deadlines.
- Ensure Imaging standards are maintained. Provide guidance to new and established freelance Digitechs, Photographers, and Video Editors
- Troubleshoot on set issues with cameras, photo/video equipment, computers, software, etc. to reduce downtime and maximize productivity
- Execute on business metrics such as: image coverage, image quality, and studio throughput, by performing quality assurance, contact resolution, and developing new processes.
- Pilot new processes and initiatives and provide feedback to ensure successful implementation.
- Look for process improvement opportunities to streamline, increase productivity, or reduce defects; define and implement projects to address those needs.
- Coordinate with software development team to implement continual system innovations.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, digital technicians, videographers, and video editors to identify existing process roadblocks and improvement opportunities.
- Utilize appropriate digital asset management techniques to track products between photography and video bays.

Experience writing scripted workflows (Java, Apple Script, Powershell, or similar). Familiar AWS S3 client-side automation, metadata standards, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with software, camera, and viewing color profile management. Canon Photographic/Video equipment, and EOS Utility.
- Experience with video capture tools, color correction, motion graphics, masking, special effects using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and similar.
