- Programa de formación profesional, certificaciones y crecimiento (a corto o mediano plazo)
- Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 5:30 p.m.
- Zona de trabajo: Colinas de la Normal, Guadalajara.

Experiência 6 meses a 1 año como:

- Técnico en electrónica mecatrónica, ingeniero de soporte técnico, soporte en sitio, help desk electrónica, técnico en soporte a pc, componentes electrónicos, ingeniero electrónico, **soporte electrónico, ingeniero electrónico**, etc.
- Soporte técnico remoto y en sitio de 1er y 2do nível, experiência en infraestructura, almacenamiento, redes y/o seguridad
- Conocimientos como técnico en sistemas, electrónica, mecánica, electricidad, mecatrónica, etc.
- Experiência en instrumentos de medición como analizador de espectro
- power meter
- analizadores de tráfico ethernet
- analizadores de tráfico tdm
- Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo de Equipo Electrónico (Deseable RX)
- Experiência en SO Windows Desktop Windows 8, 8.1 a 10 manejo de funcionalidades, configuración de BIOS, identidad, acceso, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Conocimientos básicos de redes locales e inalámbricas WIFI
- Instalación de paquetería básica como Office, correo electrónico, antivirus, aplicaciones, etc.
- Generación de reportes de diagnóstico de fallas en equipos, gestión de evidencias y auditorías,
- Conocimiento de soluciones para levantamiento de tickets, monitoreo a incidencias, plataformas de Help desk o soporte técnico.

**Conocimientos deseados**:

- Cursos en electrónica, reparación de equipos, componentes, pc, lap top, etc.
- Experiência en diagnóstico. Reparación, soporte y mantenimiento de dispositivos electrónicos analógica y/o digital, estándar de baja o mediana complejidad, de forma física hasta reparaciones a nível software y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo como condensadores, resistencia, transformadores, chips, tarjetas, pilas, fusibles, etc. Lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y electrónicos.
