We are looking for a proactive and creative BI Consultant to join us. She/he will be a contributor in supporting our projects with financial institutions across MX and US.
**Power BI Senior Consultant**
**What are we looking for?**
- Intermediate level of English B2+
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in the development and maintenance of BI solutions.
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience designing/implementing Power BI data extracts and Interactive dashboards. A portfolio of dashboards using the Power BI tool will be required.
- Competent in Databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) relational and non-relational databases, ETL and data modeling.
- Experience in the design and administration of data warehouse and BI systems
- Advanced knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX and other Power BI components
- Should be able to interact with business & technical teams; very good presentation and documentation skills needed
- Strong analytical, communicative and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, technical risks, and recommend permanent solutions to issues
- Translate business requirements into efficient visualizations and reporting
- Ability in effectively using best practices in Business Intelligence while implementing the Power BI reports and dashboards for multiple levels of the business
- Experience integrating BI projects and lead BI end to end implementation.
- Proficient knowledge of Power BI and ability to design and develop high quality BI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate results and recommendations to colleagues and managers.
**Preferred Skills**
- Power BI certification is a plus

- Design and develop high quality BI solutions using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with the BI team to integrate and transform data from multiple sources an create scalable and efficient data models.
- Problem solving and analyze complex BI and data problems.
- Communicate results and recommendations to colleagues and managers through reports and presentations.
- Supervise and train the BI team and ensure data quality and accuracy in the company.
