**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Brand Manager will be accountable for several activities, responsible of the brand accelerate growth strategy through equity, portfolio optimization, investment, E2E efficiencies & Innovation Pipeline creating and leading a winning strategic plan for short and long term. Responsible to create and execute marketing plans that produce sustained, profitable volume growth and lasting brands positioning. Manage Advertising & Marketing expending to deliver marketing plans, and assure correct planning to deliver incremental volume, and profit for the business, ensuring the strategic plan. Build and execute plans that assure SOM market gain by tackling market white space. This role is extremely strategic for the Savory BU due to the relevance of the Sabritas as the one of the three main top brands in terms of sales (+$613MM USD for Salty BU) and the first biggest brand within the potato segment (the largest segment within the Snacks Category). Manage and coach direct reports to rapidly prepare them to assume increasing responsibility leading toward brand management and flawless execution
**Your Impact**
As The
**Sabritas Brand Manager **your scope will consist of:
- Deliver growth strategies in the short & long term by a deep understanding of consumer needs, market trends, competitors and key category dynamics through insights research and data analysis.
- Define brands key priorities and deliver an AOP strategy to capitalize growth through consumer centric tools, data analysis & business needs.
- Deliver incrementality for the business by portfolio and P&L optimization driving a higher NOPBT for each initiative.
- Ownership of brand budget (A&M) delivering efficient investments, aligned to brand & business needs.
- Lead multifunctional teams through “shared vision” by delivering a clear strategy and team role.
- Lead and execute Innovation Pipeline for several snack segments and brands, pairing up with insights, R&D and commercial team to deliver winning portfolio and OTIF results.
- Lead brands equity strategy in the long term and marketing activation in the short term to increase SOM.
- Contribute to the “improvement agenda”, including Revenue Management and PEP+ portfolio
- (reductions) with R&D and Regulatory.
- Manage key partner relationship with internal & external agencies.
- Work in partnership with Commercial development managers to develop solid commercial plans.
- Propose and manage marketing mix model and further A&M needs.
Qualifications:

**Experience**
- Brand growth strategy, brand positioning, setting the agenda, talent development and advanced marketing knowledge.
- Taking others with you, analytical, problem solving, efficient oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, creativity, persuasiveness, results oriented, assertiveness, tenacity, and resilience, high sense of urgency and high level of initiative.
- 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management
- English level advanced.
