- **Servicios de Facilities Management.** Esta es una gran oportunidad de hacer la diferencia y aprender del mejor equipo en Real Estate.**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura en áreas Administrativas, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Comerciales, o afín.
- Inglés intermedio (deseable).
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en compras, de los cuales al menos 2 años en un puesto de Coordinación.
- Experiência enfocada en Servicios de Facilities Management.

**Objetivo**:

- El Sr. Sourcing Analyst deberá asumir la responsabilidad de la adquisición de servicios para la cuenta/cliente asignado en el sitio que el cliente considere. Así mismo, deberá apoyar al Líder a garantizar la adquisición de servicios de la mejor calidad al mejor precio, mediante negociaciones, licitaciones y contratos con los proveedores. Entre otras actividades.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecutar estrategias de abastecimiento de materiales y servicios en ambientes locales para gestionar las instalaciones, servicios y equipos del sitio.
- Mantener buenas relaciones con proveedores, contratistas y el cliente.
- Desarrollar planes por categoría para proporcionar visibilidad de los gastos de cada subcategoría administrada.
- Asegurar ahorros, desarrollo de proveedores, y brindar estabilidad en el área.
- Negociaciones y compras basadas en las tendencias de gestión de instalaciones y equipos de Facilities.
- Ejecución de compras RFP, RFQ, CAPEX & OPEX tales como: servicios de gestión de residuos limpieza, fumigaciones, mantenimiento de pisos, mantenimiento eléctrico, mecánico e hidráulico en oficinas, plantas manufactureras e instalaciones críticas, mantenimiento de HVAC, reemplazo de activos HVAC, entre otras.
- Gestión efectiva de riesgo y compliance con todos los proveedores en cartera: administración de contratos, licitaciones, pólizas de responsabilidad civil, así como todo su expediente completo antes de ejecutar servicios o comprar materiales.
- Cumplir con todos los procedimientos y políticas del cliente y CBRE.
