**Somos una empresa enfocada a brindar soluciones logísticas a nível internacional, servicio garantizado de entrega de última milla (paquetería y mensajería), e-commerce y servicios integrales de negocio.**

**Estamos en búsqueda de un ejecutivo customer service para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo.**

¿Qué necesitas?
- Escolaridad mínima: preparatoria.
- Experiência: 1 año o más en atención a clientes.
- Paquetería Office intermedio.
- Inglés básico-intermedio.
- Ortografía y redacción

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Brindar atención en diferentes canales de comunicación a clientes y mensajerías cuando así lo requieran.
- Proporcionar y coordinar información recolectada de clientes con las mensajerías para la entrega correcta de paquetes.
- Generar llamadas a clientes por incidencias que desconocen, proporcionando la información pertinente para la resolución del tránsito de su pedido.
- Solicitar evaluación de calidad brindada y actualizar el sistema con estatus correspondientes.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Sueldo de $7,000 a $8,000 netos acorde a experiência
- Prestaciones de ley
- Horario presencial: lunes a viernes de 9am a 6pm.
