It is accurate and timely completions of assigned processes to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution. Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
- Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
- Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received
- Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
- Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- English B2- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related area
