**Sr. Buyer for constructions & facilities maintenance** you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an purchasing Manager

**Your Task will be**
- '- Develop short
- and long-term category strategies to accomplish organizational goals.
- Leads continuous cost reduction improvement process for category.
- Develop the suitable purchasing strategies per commodity to achieve corporate goals in savings, customer service and compliance.
- Negotiate the most favorable agreement possible, and to prepare documentation for agreements in accordance with law to protect company interests.Comply with month end procedures based on calendar
- Negotiate price agreements to establish purchasing catalogs and eliminate repetitive spot buys.
- Negotiate rebates, P2P negotiations and big negotiation for moree that 1 year for repetitive spot buys.

**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:

- Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Engineering or related field
- Leadership
- Adherence to purchasing procedures and policies
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
