**What will you work on?**

The Spin Master Mexico Key Account Manager will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico and the global Sales Team. The selected Executive must be a motivated team player, highly numerate & analytical and strong communication skills. Responsible for the negotiation with a group of accounts (departmental and toy stores) while ensuring the best sales conditions for the Company and the correct execution of the commercial strategies in the designated accounts. The Key Account Manager will get the opportunity of working in a dynamic sales organization, securing excellent implementation of Sales/Marketing plans and in-store campaigns.

**How will you create impact?**
- Negotiate and oversee the commercial strategies with all trade segments and the structure and restructure of commercial conditions.
- Prepare the business strategies in collaboration with all the internal areas, considering the sales volume and commercial offers for all the different clients.
- Develop Annual Joint Business Plans in closer cooperation with Buyers and Sub-Directors and develop/assure the best administration of the forecast by month, quarter and full year for every client.
- Oversee the accomplishment of the P&L with Spin Master’s Finance and administrate the assigned Budget and Allowances.
- Prepare short, medium and long-term strategies to comply with the sustainable development of the most important Retailer for Spin Master Mexico and actualize/present result reports to headquarters and Mexico Management Team.
- Work together with the Marketing Team in the specifics of the products portfolio and keep strong knowledge and tracking of direct competitors

**How will you fit into the team?**
- Ability to showcase proven sales track record focusing in sustainable and long-term growth strategies
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong/ethical leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**What are your skills and experience?**
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing the departmental stores accounts in consumer goods companies, preferable with high seasonal products
- Four-year degree in a related field required, MBA highly desire
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Experience in SAP is highly advantageous
- Fluent in spoken and written English
