**Resumen de posición**:
La visión es lograr el plan estratégico de ventas y distribución a largo plazo para el portafolio de la marca Monster en apoyo de los objetivos comerciales de la Compañía. El Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial (TDM) administrará los resultados comerciales del distribuidor / embotellador en la unidad operativa de Coca Cola asignada región / distrito y ser responsable del éxito de la empresa en ese territorio respectivo. Esto se logrará a través de habilidades efectivas de gestión de distribuidores, sólidas habilidades de trabajo en campo (visitas, negociación y ejecución de mercado) y la capacidad de desarrollar relaciones sólidas.

**Funciones esenciales del trabajo**:

- El TDM administrará las relaciones con los Distribuidores y algunos Clientes en el territorio asignado. El TDM también será el responsable último de la ejecución del mercado en el territorio en el comercio tradicional y el comercio moderno.
- Entrenar a la fuerza de ventas del distribuidor / embotelladores para involucrarlos con la marca y los objetivos de Monster.
- El TDM será responsable de alinear todas las estrategias nacionales y regionales con el Gerente de la Región en el territorio asignado y proponer, negociar e implementar estrategias locales / regionales en su territorio.
- Asegurar la ejecución de estrategias de cuentas nacionales y regionales para todos los productos de la compañía y lograr objetivos de ventas, ganancias y participación de mercado para todas las cuentas y / o programas nacionales y regionales.
- Maximizar la venta y distribución de todos los productos de la compañía en la región asignada mediante el establecimiento y la ejecución adecuada de programas de ventas locales y nacionales.
- Monitorear la actividad del mercado / minorista para desarrollar las estrategias más rentables con el fin de impulsar el volumen y la rentabilidad a través de una mayor penetración y promoción.
- Desarrollar, gestionar y / o maximizar asociaciones para impulsar un mejor rendimiento.
- Desarrollar y usar herramientas objetivas, información y retroalimentación para establecer metas y resultados de desempeño de la región y el área.
- Llevar a cabo revisiones de desempeño comercial con distribuidores / embotelladores con el fin de rastrear, monitorear y ajustar los esfuerzos y producir los resultados deseados en todos los segmentos comerciales clave.
- Recibir información de ventas acordada para la Región del embotellador / Región.
- Asegurar el uso específico de herramientas y programas de ventas, al mismo tiempo que se ve que los distribuidores ejecutan programas diseñados.
- Trabajar con los equipos nacionales de ventas y de administración de cuentas regionales para comprender y comunicar los programas y las actividades de los clientes que impactan en sus respectivos mercados.
- Establecer, comunicar y gestionar las expectativas de rendimiento, supervisar y evaluar los resultados y el rendimiento de los puestos de trabajo de los empleados a fin de desarrollar, aconsejar o proporcionar medidas correctivas. Proporcione información, oportunidades educativas y oportunidades de crecimiento experiêncial para desarrollar el personal de ventas.
- Asegúrese de que el equipo de ventas comprenda y cumpla con los estándares y procedimientos operativos de la Compañía.

**Requisitos de posición**:

- +5 años de experiência en ventas en un entorno de venta minorista, mayorista o distribuidor.
- Fluidez en el idioma inglés.
- Licenciatura o experiência equivalente, preferiblemente en Negocios, Marketing o Finanzas.
- Historial comprobado de logros de ventas en un entorno de venta directa.
- Conocimiento probado de mayoristas, distribuidores y clientes minoristas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad de establecer buenas relaciones y credibilidad con clientes y mayoristas; capacidad de colaborar en todos los níveles.
- Excelente para administrar el tiempo, las prioridades y los gastos.
- Capaz de trabajar independientemente mientras es un jugador de equipo.
- Competencia utilizando Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
- Flexibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
