- **Take responsibility**:
Translate technical needs into Digital Solutions, develop, and implement the requirements from the executive and the management process to meet customer, stakeholder & IT systems requirements
- **Reliable implementation**:
Networking and benchmarking within and outside of Bosch for current and new industry technology and solutions

Cost estimating, timing, cost/benefit and technical fitment evaluations
- **Think holistically**:
Ensure correct and available standards (Bosch, building technology, external) are considered; including prioritized migration of legacy solutions to standard solutions
- **Create cooperation**:
Support CI with development and implementation of IT Infrastructure stability, maintainability, and speed.

Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and Operational associates
- **Drive value add**:
Derive and implement I4.0 Strategy and Digital Manufacturing Standards for the overall production systems approach, including IT Roadmap

**Requisitos**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred, Masters is a plus.
- Advanced English level
- Experience with finance KPIs.
- Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 3 years’ experience in digitalization solutions.
- Experience in industrial controls/automation and systems development with relational databases
- Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, automation any ware, or similar tools.
- Know-how to connect machines to databases and then do something with it
- Ability to visualize and orchestrate new IT solutions in plant/manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with industry standard communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc)
- Knowledge of industrial controls PLC (Rexroth, Siemens, CoDeSys, etc)
- Knowledge about data mining methodologies
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge of software programming languages (full of at least 1 object oriented)
- Experience of leading Kaizen and deploying lean tools and principles a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a team and to lead small project group.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, Power Point, and Visio (Value stream mapping)
- Ability to use extensively the latest IT communication tools ( Skype /MS TEAMS etc.).
- Work History: Production experience with demonstrated process improvement experiences a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
