**Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist**

**Main Purpose**
- Responsible for the successful delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions for our customers. These technologies include, but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce products, APIs, Lightning Experience & Component development, Apex/Visualforce, mobile development technologies, and integration middleware/ETL technologies._

- _ Previous experience as a developer/configurator in Salesforce implementations, especially in the Telecommunications industry (Salesforce Industries), focused on best practices._
- _ Extensive knowledge in configuring the Salesforce platform (Objects, fields, profiles, roles, permissions, etc)._
- _ Knowledge in configuring declarative tools (Flow, Approval Process, Lightning pages, Communities, Validation Rules)._
- _ Salesforce Apex domain (OOP, SOQL, Trigger, Batch, Asynchronous, Limits, Execution Order)._
- _ Experience developing LWC (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) in Salesforce._
- _ Knowledge and experience configuring and developing the EPC, CPQ and OM modules of Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity)_
- _ Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms through API Rest_
- _ Skills for generating technical documentation, as well as for the use of tools and repositories for code versioning_
- _ Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed._
- _ Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation._
- _ Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standard_

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _ Bachelor´s Degree: Systems Engineering, IT Systems Management, Programming_
- _ Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including the following features: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Content Builder, Salesforce Connector, and Business Units_
- _ Experience across other digital marketing channels: ads, SMS, mobile apps, web_
- _ Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation._
- _ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications_
- _ Understanding of systems architecture and ability to craft scalable solutions_
- _ Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and standard methodologies_
- _ Understanding of data sharing and transparency considerations and how these play into platform architecture_
- _ Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)._
- _ Knowledge of data integration tools and preferably experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, Integration Middleware, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Datorama, SQL databases, Tableau, etc.)_
- _ 100% fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal skills)_
