**Job Description**:
Responsible to receive internal/external sample orders for steering systems, pre-assemblies and components, provide a lead time for delivery and coordinate all internal activities within the production facility to deliver the order according customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery with quality products.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that the final product, as well as the process and documentation meet all customer and internal quality standards requirements.
- Processing of 12 digit orders via portal and ensuring on-time delivery according requirements aligned with the responsible Plant Project Leader.
- Tracking and maintaining scorecard on delivery performance and KPI’s.
- Coordination with the Logistics & Project Management teams on part availability and special build requirements.
- Process owner of Queretaro Plant sampling procedure, responsible to create, update and add content to the official procedure according plant needs.

**Qualifications**:
The person filling this job is expected to have a technical background with experience in project management and/or sample coordination. The individual must have experience in SAP, POE and/or SAMOS as well as very good organizational skills.

Bachelor university degree and 3+ years related professional experience as a prototype process engineer, sample coordinator or project management, project coordination and similar engineering experience within a technical field.

Proficient in English and Spanish.
