- _Highlight the main responsibilities: _
- Lead and contribute to the improvement and deployment of Management Development tools for all structure staff such as annual appraisals, people review, career discussion, IDP, etc
- Lead and coordinate recruitment activities of the site, including opening positions review, group offers for consulting company and advertisement, recruitment website, job fair etc.
- Responsible to fulfil on time the SDP, Salary Review, AAI and MYR according with the BG and Group schedule.
- Lead monthly people review with all functions, understand people situation, and anticipate people movement and turnover.
- Is in charge of I&Cs retention vs. turn
- over, follow-up and analysis, identify causes and propose corrective action plans. Guide, advise and assist functional managers on specific retention plan.
- Is in charge of campus relation, all related with branding including projects, internship, campus fair etc.
- Be in charge of some specific HR projects from time to time.
- As identify and develop experts, International mobility, Leaving procedures, Valeo Share Plan, LTR, Talent Strategy, WB and EFS. _
