**JOB PURPOSE**:
The position will have the primary purpose of supporting the Quality Management System within the assigned operational area, by providing expertise and advice on production or product problems fed back from both internal and external customers. To conduct investigations, analyses information and facilitate teams dealing with issues/projects associated with resolution of quality problems

Control Test Stand equipment through the SPC to ensure that the product meets customer specification, Analyze and Diagnose Product Failure Modes to improve First Test Pass Rate, Implementation and Development of new part numbers in Test Stand area, Improve processes through Lean Manufacturing.
- **JOB RESPONSABILITIES**:
The responsibility role is divided as follows:
Implementation and Developments
- Analysis of new part numbers together with Engineering and Design
- Development of new part numbers on test stand together with the product designer and machine supplier
- Run Off of Test Stand
- Operations Training
- Implementation of Documents

Process improvement
- Support to the Multidisciplinary team for problem solving and Implementations
- Eliminate waste in the Testing process
- Administration of Fixture’s

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing
- Excellent understanding of quality management practices
- Minimum two to three years of experience and requires a thorough knowledge of quality concepts including process control, analysis, manufacturing standards and practices.
- High level English
- Master’s degree
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, or in the quality field is desired
