HFI is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Program Manager who is experienced with the ability to organize and coordinate programs by providing strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. Also oversee the progress of solutions development and implementation.

- _Strong understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Standardized Work._
- _Knowledgeable of PPAP requirements._
- _Ability to coach individuals to follow established procedures._
- _Experience with part approval with the OEMS and Tier 1 customers (AAR, Construction, Validation, etc.)._
- _Excellent communication skills._
- _Organized and detail
