**Responsibilities**:

- Assist attorneys with trial and its preparation
- Opens and maintains legal files
- Collecting, retrieving, and analyzing information
- Prepare legal documents and arguments
- Summarize depositions and other documents
- Conduct legal research

Qualifications:

- At least 2 year of experience as a Paralegal
- Must be experienced in writing demand letters
- Must have Labor or Employment Law background
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- High personal standards and positive work ethics
- Good research and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Common sense and good judgment

- Own laptop or desktop
- Own headset
- Good internet connection

Rate: USD $4 - $6 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

**Salary**: $69.94 - $104.91 per hour

**Experience**:

- Paralegal: 2 years (required)
- Employment/Labor Law: 1 year (required)
