**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
This role is client-facing with numerous opportunities to grow within the firm as well as provide meaningful insights and value to our clients. The position is a hybrid of accounting, finance, and tax.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and adherence to relevant accounting standards.
- Work on multiple client accounts simultaneously, manage client expectations, and interact with clients directly to get needed information.
- Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Ensure proper coding and classification of transactions.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices.
- Update management reporting schedules around key financial metrics.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as needed.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA equivalent certification required
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and other accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Fluent in English
