Deployment operations controller

Toluca, Lerma.

El objetivo de esta posición es:
Dar soporte a la operación de Deployment del TIMT en lo general y en lo particular a las actividades

administrativas de las áreas productivas en sitio de: Instalación, Calidad, Seguridad e Higiene, Test & Commissioning, Estimaciones y Asistencia Técnica (Service); mediante el registro y control de la documentación de producción, inventarios, salidas y retornos de equipos al almacén, elaboración y archivo minutas de reuniones, boletines de campo y reportes de producción, etc.; así como la redacción / adecuación de escritos y la comprobación de gastos del personal en obra.

Principales actividades:

- Rastrear, registrar y controlar el inventario de equipos en tránsito para instalación, sean entregados a subcontratistas o para trabajos In-House (por el mismo equipo de Deployment de RCS).
- Apoyo administrativo y de oficina al equipo de producción en obra, especialmente en la documentación de producción como reportes, protocolos de pruebas, Puntos de Prueba e Inspección (PPI), minutas de reuniones técnicas y de coordinación de trabajos y boletines de obra.
- Apoyo Administrativo al equipo de Generados de Obra para las estimaciones mensuales de los trabajos ejecutados, para facturación.
- Gestión, ante Servicios Generales, de las necesidades operativas del proyecto conforme indicaciones del Deployment PM.
- Manejo de la agenda del Deployment PM y de los managers de Test & Commissioning y Asistencia técnica
- Actividades Administrativas diversas (impresiones, envío de correos electrónicos, digitalización de documentos, etc.)
- Comprobación de gastos de todo el personal de obra (instalación, Test & Commissioning, Asistencia Técnica, Estimaciones y QHSE), tramitando las facturas correspondientes y generando los reportes con su envío a la PMO para gestión del reembolso correspondiente por SAP/Finanzas.

Conocimientos y habilidades necesarios:

- 2 años de experiência en puesto administrativo / similar.
- Integración de expedientes y carpetas con entregables documentales para el cliente.
- Interpretación de manual y planos técnicos, principalmente de telecomunicaciones y señalización.
- Redacción y elaboración de escritos / oficios.
- Manejo de MS-Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
