**The Role and the Impact**:

- Serve as the primary expert in industrial canteens, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
- Oversee and manage personnel transportation services within manufacturing plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the delivery of uniforms to manufacturing personnel, maintaining a seamless and reliable process.
- Lead and manage a team of personnel, providing guidance, support, and direction to optimize performance and productivity.
- Utilize high negotiation skills to handle various business and labor-related matters effectively.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with labor unions, handling interactions in a professional and constructive manner.
- Maintain high availability to travel for extended periods of time as needed to oversee operations across different locations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey key information effectively.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to communicate critical insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Efficiently manage time and schedules for both oneself and the team, ensuring smooth operations and optimal resource allocation.
- Adapt to organizational changes and lead the team through transitions with resilience and agility.
- Analyze statistical data to generate informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Assess, negotiate and develop the correct supplier for each service according to the scope of work, company strategy, customer needs and production patterns.

**What You'll Need: Experience, Background & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- More than 7 years of experience in industrial canteens, personnel transportation services and uniform delivery in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated personnel management skills and experience in labor relations and human resources matters.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to adapt to organizational changes and make informed decisions based on statistical data.
- **Availability to travel**
