Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Como especialista en Adquisición de Talento desempeñarás un rol clave para proporcionar la fuerza laboral necesaria, basado en los tiempos y procesos que indican las políticas de Reclutamiento y Selección, desarrollando las mejores prácticas para la cobertura de HC de la planta ubicada en San Luis Potosí, S.LP.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol
- Serás responsable del reclutamiento, selección y contratación de personal production en el tiempo definido (SLA).
- Asegurarás el cumplimiento al proceso de reclutamiento, selección y contratación con apego a procedimientos y políticas vigentes de la empresa.
- Participaras en capacitaciones, talleres, pláticas y cursos relacionados con el reclutamiento y selección del personal.
- Serás parte de la planeación y ejecución de eventos de Reclutamiento Masivo en campo para reclutamientos de personal operativo, técnicos y profesionistas.
- Trabajarás de la mano con Manufactura para cubrir vacantes internas de acuerdo a la matriz de cada Planta de Manufactura.
- Apoyarás a la creación de estrategias de atracción de Talento de acuerdo a las necesidades y demanda de las Plantas de Manufactura.
- Contribuirás a la difusión y fortalecimiento de la marca empleadora 3M en el mercado, con apego a los lineamientos corporativos.

Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos
- Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología o afín.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
- Capacidad para influir y comunicarse con todos los níveles dentro de la organización, para transformar ideas en acción y orientar al personal.
- Fuerte perspicacia para los negocios, conocimiento interpersonal, gestión de procesos, evaluación de personas y habilidades de negociación.
