Technology company dedicated to world-class Nearshore software products is looking for:

**Required Skills**:

- Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Azure DevOps.
- Experience manipulating big data using open-source frameworks.
- Experience with business intelligence and data analytic tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with data management tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- At least 3+ years of industry experience outside of academia
- Possess a valid car and driver's license

**Responsabilities**
- Curate data from many sources including internal databases and external APIs, and aggregate data to a format appropriate for building descriptive reports, optimization, or predictive models.
- Solve complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches using a unique blend of technical, mathematical, analytical, and data skills. Use a deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine learning approaches, simulation, optimization models and algorithms, clustering and classification, and recommendation techniques.
- Integrate, store, and analyze large, complex multi-dimensional data sets with variety
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements to the reports and outputs, algorithms, and models as needed.
- Establish processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Keep current with technical and industry developments and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.

- Maximum salary of up to 12,000 dollars per month including travel expenses and lodging, paid every 30th of the month.
- Work hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, hybrid scheme only 2 days you have to go to the office in Arizona, USA.
