**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Plans and coordinates the production schedule with all areas of the plant to ensure customer requirements are met, while managing in-process wheel inventories to meet the Packaging Goal; maintains optimal in-process wheel inventory levels without jeopardizing production and our customers; provides the necessary support to the Operations departments, coordinating forklift operators to service the movement of WIP wheels.

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related field.

**EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 2 years in the Production Control Area for the manufacture of aluminum wheels.-
- Administration and Personnel Management.-
- In Inventory Control.-
- Interpretation of customer requirements for Ford, Chrysler, GM, BMW, Nissan, Audi.**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Management of Master Planning Programs (Long Term Planning).-
- Management of Production Plans on a daily basis, making the necessary adjustments as required.-
- Special processes, such as: Laser Printing, Sticker Placement, Milling.-
- Painting Processes: Color and varnish chain loading rates.-
- Indispensable for special processes such as Low/Mid Gloss finish, KSL Varnish, 4-layer painting process, Bicolor, Premium Paints.-
- Process timing on paint lines for proper scheduling and maintaining continuous flow for packing FG wheels.-
- QAD handling.-
