**American Company (Plastic injection)**
- Responsible for achieving results through the establishment and follow-up of work programs and plans in order to assure the execution of the production programs and reach the programmed volume with quality specifications, control of environmental aspects and within the predetermined cost parameters through a work team._

**Responsabilities**:

- _Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality_
- _Management the human and material resources needed_
- _Perform daily walks to review production compliance and perform a catch up plan._
- _Control of the inventories_
- _Engineering._
- _Coordinate activities of continuous improvement._
- _Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed_
- _Liaising among different departments_
- _Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals_
- _Ensuring that health, safety and environmental guidelines and related legal requirementsare followed;_
- _Supervising and motivating a team of workers;_
- _Reviewing the performance of subordinates_
- _Identifying training needs._
- _Involve in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage_
- _Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between and within the departments._
- _Involve on cost saving_

- _Planing_
- _Ensure compliance with the applicable ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements._

**Requirements**:

- _Engineering Degree / Bachelor Degree / Engineering/ Administration_
- _Bilingual_
- _Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position_
- _Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing_
- _Analysis of costs (labor, materials, equipment, etc.)_
- _Manufacturing or remanufacturing systems_
- _Development, administration and budget control_
- _Decision making process_
- _Working by objectives_
- _Supervision and project management_
- _Leadership and initiative / team work_
- _Excellent communication at all levels (written and oral analytical skills)_

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
