**Manufacturing Manager **Job based in Villa Ahumada Plant Trim Division**

**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**

**As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible to the operations manager and plant manager for complying with production programs, managing the human and material resources available, complying with previously determined quality and cost standards.**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**1. Ensure compliance with company policies.**

**2. Supervises compliance with plant production programs ensuring predetermined cost standards.**

**3. Ensures compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.**

**4. Ensures the optimal use of the area's human resources through the adequate balancing of the production lines (in the sewing and foam process).**

**5. Responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of the company's production equipment.**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**

Industrial engineering or related

Experience in personnel management

Experience in continuous improvement projects, lean manufacturing, balancing, efficiency, customer requirements.

Schedule availability

Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a production manager.
