OBJECTIVES/_PURPOSE_
- Supports the entire development lifecycle
- Assists the platform support with incident resolution
- A_CCOUNTABILITIES_ _
- Provides solution designs to internal customers throughout the deployment
- Collaborates with other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.
- Configures, Maintains and Develops product features and continuously delivers product enhancements.
- Extends ServiceNow data model to support product features
- Develops user interface components, such as Forms, Lists, Experiences and Mobile Applications
- Develops business logic using scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules), and Flow Designer
- Designs and develops automated tests of solutions using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and unit tests for Script Includes
- Documents the work performed using Agile Development and SDLC tools
- Uses Application Repository, Update Sets, Source Control and Pipeline tools to manage deployment of artifacts across ServiceNow instances
- Imports data, creates data transform rules
- Use agile engineering practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.
- Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionality.
- Follows ServiceNow common best practices and specific Takeda-defined development standards.
- DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS_

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response (VR) (Is an advantage)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Security Incident Response (SIR) (Is an advantage)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (RC) (Is an advantage)
- Experience in Agile development.

- EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES_,_ AND SKILLS_:_
- BS in Computer Science
- 3+ years experience in developing ServiceNow solutions (SecOps and IRM are preferred, ITSM and CMDB are required)
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript
- Proficient in RDBMS knowledge or open source DB.
- Process-oriented with good presentation and articulation skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Good Communication and Innovative thinking
