Accident Reconstructionist

We are seeking an experienced Accident Reconstructionist to join our law firm. As an Accident Reconstructionist, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing accidents to determine the cause and liability. Your primary goal will be to provide expert testimony and evidence to support our clients' claims.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed investigations of accidents, including site inspections, evidence collection, and analysis.
- Analyze data from accident scenes, including photographs, videos, and measurements, to develop accident reconstruction models.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining the findings of accident investigations, including opinions on liability and causation.
- Provide expert testimony and evidence in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Work with attorneys and other experts to develop legal strategies and arguments to support our clients' claims.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case to gather information and negotiate settlements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering or physics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accident Reconstructionist or similar role.
- Expertise in accident reconstruction software, such as HVE, PC-Crash, or ARAS.
- Strong understanding of accident investigation and reconstruction principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide expert testimony in court.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Salary**: From $1,500.00 per month
