**Mission of the position**. State the raison d'être of the position in the Organization, what it was created for, which derives from functions and results. Know and master the different processes of flower manufacturing, to lead improvement projects and high performance work teams and be a replacement letter that fits the needs of the company.

**Contribution of the position. ** They are the main satisfiers that the position must produce and deliver to its internal and external clients.

- Lead optimization and improvement projects.

Identify deviations and generate projects that help meet the indicators.
