**Job Overview**:
Provide Administrative Technical Assistance to the Senior and Production Engineers through execution projects.

**Key Task and Responsibilities**:

- Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction)
- Integrate Work Packs/ keep it updated when needed (Drawings/ Materials)
- Issue the Work Pack to Document Control
- Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision
- Keep updated Register report of the production Engineers
- Issue Productivity Factor
- Daily Walkthrough to validate progress
- Issue internal daily report
- Provide statistics by discipline
- PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)
- Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Under Graduate Degree
- 2 years work experience
- Microsoft office and Filing Skills
- Availability
- Service Attitude
- Excel Intermediate-Advanced
