**SPA Manager**

Are you passionate about wellness and hospitality? Do you have a talent for managing luxurious spa experiences that leave guests feeling rejuvenated and relaxed? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

As the Spa Manager at Fairmont Mayakoba, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our world-class spa facility. Your role will be integral to ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of skilled spa professionals and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and fitness facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Wellness on spa program development, service enhancements, and overall wellness initiatives.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.
- Implement strategies to drive spa revenue and meet financial objectives.

**Requisitos**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury resort or spa.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Relevant certifications in spa management or hospitality will be an advantage.
