The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

RDC PM will have the aid, collaboration, and incentive of the RDC team to develop and improve new skills and competences and to continue learning and growing in her/his position. You will be supported to be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a multi-disciplinary and multi-regional group.

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Be responsible for the whole execution of assigned projects on the Network Infrastructure Business Group at Nokia based on Project Management methodology, Nokia processes, and Nokia tools. As such, you will contribute to ensure that all customer projects and maintenance contracts are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
- Help to develop new methods, processes and automation that improve team performance and promote the development of new skills.
- Learn Nokia’s PM Practitioner methodology and the North America Market Mode of Operation that enables us to successfully achieve Customer Satisfaction and the implementation of Orders and maintenance contracts within successful criteria.
- Manage Nokia Tools SAP (QTC, BPP, BWP, P20), HW and Services Forecasting Tools, Sales Force CRM, SRM, IAP, NDP, JPC, MyERM, Project Cube, Alliance, ASLM, PO log, Epic, WtD, Case Handling.
- Manage customer projects as E2E Project Manager in charge of the deployment of Optical Transport Networks based on technologies like WDM, and photonics, implementation of IP Networking for complex customer contracts, as well as the implementation of Fixed Access and Fixed Wireless Access Networks; all of them for medium/large networks and medium/high risk probability.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- PMI PMP Certification and around 3 years’ experience in Project Management methodology developing and executing End to End Project Plans with the ability to anticipate risks, scope changes, costs, resource constraints and schedule conflicts and monitoring, controlling, and reporting financial variables like backlog, sales, cost, and profitability.
- Equal experience implementing End to End Optical networks, IP Networking and Fixed/Fixed-Wireless Access Networks multi-product, and multi-regional projects based on technologies like WDM and photonics, for medium, large, and complex customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English to perform as focal point and develop customer relationship, as well as prepare effective and proactive communication plans.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Knowledge of PMs daily tools, such as Microsoft Project, Presentation builders, MSOffice tools.
