**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Analyst US**

**Main Purpose**

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay:_
- _ Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements_
- _ Capture information in payroll systems._
- _ Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations._
- _ Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance_
- _ Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery _
- _Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues _
- _Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs _
- _Contiue communication and support with local functional teams_
- _ Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation_

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _ Strong Enlisgh oral and written communication skills_
- _ Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field_
- _ Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)_
- _ Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook_
- _ Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills_
- _ Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process_
- _ Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time_
