**Medical Representative - CDMX**

**Responsabilidades**

1. Elaborar y organizar sus reportes para cumplir adecuadamente sus
objetivos de visita médica por ciclo y venta en su territorio.
2. Mantener una buena relación de servicio con médicos, Farmacias e
Instituciones.
3. Apego a las políticas de Compliance, Valores LIFE y Seguridad.
4. Actualizar constante, responsable y permanentemente el fichero
médico, lograr una correcta segmentación y clasificación de médicos,
hospitales y farmacias a través de la continua investigación y detección
del potencial socio-económico y de prescripción de los médicos de su
ruta.
5. Búsqueda continua de nuevos negocios: Cuadros Básicos Privados y
de Gobierno, Transfers Farmacias.
6. Informar a médicos, farmacéuticos y clientes sobre las
características y ventajas de los productos de Bayer Consumer Care.

8. Manejo y análisis de auditorías (Close Up, ATV, Analyzer,
Monitoreo, Focus, Avance, Agnitio, SFNet) de venta.
9. Sincronizar mínimo 2 veces al día SFNet.
10. Realizar objetivos establecidos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
11. No puede cambiar la forma en que se ejecutan las tareas; no
supervisa.
12. Trabaja bajo supervisión directa y constante.
13. Envío de cuentas de gastos y reportes administrativos en tiempo y
forma.
14. Auto capacitación continua del portafolio de productos, mantener
un nível aprobatorio en las evaluaciones mensuales, con un promedio de
90%.
15. Mantener en buenas condiciones las herramientas de trabajo (auto
ALD, ipad, celular) uso responsable de la tarjeta de crédito
corporativa, tarjeta de gasolina, IAVE. Se realizará inventario
trimestral, incluyendo pago de infracciones (las infracciones son
responsabilidad del usuario).
16. Reportar las acciones de la competencia a mercadotecnia y
capacitación.
17. Reportar la recepción mensual de material promocional cada ciclo
(Delivery en iPad) y la entrega diaria de muestra médica.
18. Participar activamente en las estrategias de mercadotecnia y
ventas, hacer uso activo del iPad en las promociones, utilizando los
mensajes promocionales con las ayudas visuales.

**Quién eres**
- Carrera: Preferentemente Lic. en Áreas Médico Biológicas o

Económico Administrativas
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Manejo de sistemas: Windows / Office; Excel; PowerPoint, Outlook;
etc.
- Inglés deseable.
- Actitud proactiva, positiva, gusto por el trabajo en equipo, con

fuerte compromiso y ética profesional.
- Excelente Presentación.
