El Supervisor Líder de Test Plot apoyará al Gerente con todos los aspectos de las operaciones de cultivo del campo experimental de Fresa, Frambuesa, Arándano y Zarzamoras en el distrito de Michoacán. El enfoque principal de esta posición será el riego, la fertilización, el monitoreo de datos ambientales, el rastreo y manejo de plagas y enfermedades, y la implementación de nuevas tecnologías.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recorridos de campo periodicos para asegurar y supervisar que se controlen las plagas y enfermedades, que las plantas estén sanas y que todas las labores de cultivo se realicen con la máxima calidad.
- Generar el programa de control de plagas y enfermedades, incluida la coordinación y rotación de aplicaciones químicas.
- Monitoreo de datos ambientales y gestión de datos, incluida la disponibilidad de agua del suelo y sustrato, lecturas de lisímetro CE, pH, temperatura y humedad. La difusión de datos se utilizará para ajustar el riego, la fertilización, la acidificación y ayudar en la predicción de enfermedades.
- Recolección y envío muestras de suelo, tejidos y agua. Implemente cambios basados en la interpretación de los resultados.
- Asistir en el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías en el campo experimental, para el mejor desempeño de las plantas de prueba.
- Realizar comunicación semanal con colaboradores internos (mejoradores, investigadores, entomólogos y fitopatólogos) sobre fertilización, manejo de plagas/enfermedades y otras tareas agrícolas.
- Ejecutar los presupuestos operativos comprando, rastreando y codificando los gastos de insumos agrícolas.
- Garantizar la seguridad de la información y los materiales confidenciales y de propiedad exclusiva de Driscoll´s.
- Licenciatura en agronomía, horticultura, gestión de invernaderos o ciencias agronómicas.
- Se desean 3 años de experiência en administración de recursos, activos y personal.
- Demostrar experiência en planificación.
- Una base sólida en la producción agrícola y las ciencias agronómicas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en el campo, oficinas y entornos corporativos, incluida la capacidad de realizar trabajo físico repetitivo según sea necesario.
- Conocimiento de la fisiología vegetal, evaluación de la salud y la presión de plagas, conocimiento de fertirriego en sustrato y prácticas agrícolas.
- Iniciativa propia, práctica, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y trabajar bien con equipos.
- Orientado al detalle, habilidades verbales y escritas efectivas, buena capacidad de organización, matemática, química y analítica.
- Ingles avanzado
- Licencia de manejo vigente
