Foreman Tooling

**Escentials functions:
responsible for measuring and controlling the manufacture of internal tools, so that the standards specified by the designs are met, as well as monitoring the hours and production rates of the tools to be manufactured, the uses of the tool, durability and reliability in the process.

It is involved with the Production department to follow up on the problems caused by the tooling, as well as with its collaborators from the support departments such as Safety and Environment, Human Resources, Purchasing, Materials, ToolCrib, Engineering, Special Processes and Maintenance to ensure that the improvements implemented are followed up.

Review production processes, modify and/or design according to customer specifications.

Report to Management any indication or inconvenience for production compliance due to any detail or defect in the tools.
- **Experience:
- Three to five years of experience preferably in metal mechanical manufacturing.
- Management of software, SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Mastercam.
- Knowledge of tools in the different work areas.
- Experience using CribMaster (Basic).
- **Education:
- Professional career preferable (Engineering) or equivalent.
- **Knowledge:
- Knowledge of quality standards.
- Knowledge of workshop machines, such as lathe, milling machine and grinding machine.
- Knowledge of CNC machines, such as Mill, Lathe, EDM of wire and erosion.
- Knowledge of multi-operation and extrusion dies.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Intermediate English.
