**Responsibilities**:
Brand Content Account Executive
**Main Purpose**
The Multimedia Content Art is responsible for developing design and creative proposals as well as supporting the creative versioning of existing assets
for Frito Lay’s portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs. Our Multimedia Content Art role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered
around art direction, motion graphics and web design. A successful art must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in
software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, develop and produce web sites and will
be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. You will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy
sessions including ideation of consumer programs, long term campaigns, content/web creation and development.
**Accountabilities**
- Kickstart timeline development by providing a due date and client mandatories to project management, ans ensure that timeline meets
both team and clients needs.
- Translate the brand teams or shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.
- Ensure a good service and client/in-house agency relationship.
- Keeping management informed of the status of his accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel
at key times.
- Uses knowledge od advertising production processes in motion/video media (TV, digital, branded content, social media).
- Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure a good relationship with stakeholders.
- Executed duties ans asigments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
- Maintains open and complete communications of Clientes issues with functional leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, marketing, communication, etc).
- +1 year of agency creative experience in account management.
- Experience managing creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
- Ability to overse a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
- Strong consumer empathy & consumer-centricity. Demsotrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything.
- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction but supervision ofthe manager.
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
- Knowledge of Power Point, Teams, SharePoint and Prpject Management Tools.
- Proven collaboration, problem-solving, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the creative team.
