Somos un equipo profesional que nos encanta seguir desarrollando habilidades interpersonales que se caracteriza por siempre trabajar en equipo, con proactividad y orientación al logro, además de ofrecer un servicio premium al cliente.

Experiência:

- Mínima de 1 año en Retail (centros comerciales, tiendas departamentales, tiendas de ropa)
- Ventas generales en productos de consumo deseable deportivos
- Manejo de un equipo de min. 10 personas

Competencias Técnicas:

- Planeación de la estrategia del producto
- Análisis de ventas por categorías
- Capacitar a los atletas con las iniciativas, nuevos productos y tecnologías
- Coordina nuevos onboardings, entrenamiento y integración.
- Garantizar cumplimiento de KPI's

¿Mi perfil se ajusta a la vacante?:

- Pasión por el deporte
- Gusto por las ventas y el servicio al cliente
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en Retail (Tiendas departamentales, tiendas de ropa, autoservicio, etc.)
- Haber tenido experiência liderando un equipo ( min. 15 personas a cargo)
- Orientación para trabajar en equipo y enfoque en resultados
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para alineación con todo el equipo
- Preferentemente vivir cerca de la tienda
